Russ Roe is ourCaste’s East Coast sales guy, among other things, although by the looks of this video he should seriously consider crossing over to the dark side of media and design.

Surfing in the north east U.S. during the winter months takes massive strength and even bigger nerves. That long walk across snow covered sand knowing the first duck dive you take, regardless of wearing a hood, is going to be a shocker and STILL paddling out seems like insanity to our west coast brethren and sistren.

Russ wanted to put this edit out now that winter is winding down, here’s what he had to say about the making of it: 31 barrels captured over the Winter of 2016 in case you don’t feel like counting.

Yup, that’s it. Enjoy!
