Oceana Presents | INTO THE NORTH
“I can’t imagine anything more important than air, water, soil, energy and biodiversity. These are the things that keep us alive.” – David Suzuk
Panthalassa joined Oceana and its team of marine biologists on its first North Sea expedition.
We soon learned that the North Sea is no longer the paradise for whales, plankton, and seabirds that it used to be.
“Into the North” is a visual ode to the North Sea, the men and women working under extreme conditions to study and protect our oceans, but most important, about the very cause that is turning this oasis into a desert: Overfishing.
